February is Dental Month

10% discount on dental care* for your pet during the month of February and this includes the pre- anesthesia blood work! PLUS
receive a $25 Mail in Rebate from Hill’s Nutrition when you buy an 8  lb bag of t/d dental health diet.

Your pet's health is important to us. Under general anesthesia we perform a complete dental exam including survey dental x-rays to record the dental health of your pet. Ultrasonic scaling is then done to remove plaque and tartar above and below the gum line. Polishing & fluoride is then applied to smooth the surface of the teeth, making them resistant to plaque formation.

Extractions if necessary – Tartar that has caused loss of gums and allowed the teeth to lose their socket attachment should be removed to prevent infection from entering the root socket creating an abscess. Of course we will call you to discuss the problems before proceeding with any dental extraction.
